You, as the Event Organizer, are responsible for ensuring that images and any other materials do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights. If Eventim receives a claim from a third party asserting that images or any other materials provided to Eventim for marketing or ticket sales purposes infringe upon intellectual property rights, Eventim will notify the Event Organizer about the claim. The Event Organizer must directly assume all responsibility for any potential infringements towards the third party. This includes providing copyright information if deemed relevant.
